I specialize in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed therapy, a modality designed for those often labeled “too much/sensitive” or who keep getting in their own way by acting on emotion without thinking or self-sabotaging. As therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, I also integrate CBT and ACT in order to tailor treatment to your needs.
